My approach
Integrative and existential therapy
To regain meaning, coherence and momentum
Integrative therapy is based on a fundamental belief: every human being is unique, and there is no single method that suits everyone. This is why it draws on several complementary approaches—including humanistic psychology, existential psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy (CBT)—to create a deeply personalized support plan. This approach goes beyond simply relieving symptoms. It focuses on your overall inner experience: your history, your emotions, your values, your needs, and your aspirations. It seeks to understand the meaning of what you are going through, to identify what truly matters to you, and to help you move toward a life that better reflects who you are.
