I offer online psychotherapy sessions in French, in a confidential, supportive, and structured environment. The goal is to help you understand your experiences, alleviate your burdens, and move forward with concrete guidance, at your own pace.


Couples therapy
When communication becomes difficult, arguments resurface, distance grows, or trust is damaged, couples therapy helps to understand the dynamics of the relationship and to break through impasses. We work on communication, needs, relationship wounds, and concrete adjustments that allow for renewed connection, security, and cooperation.
Teen Therapy
Adolescence can be an intense period:
Stress, anxiety, loss of confidence, academic difficulties, family conflicts, isolation, overwhelming emotions… When everything becomes too heavy to bear, therapy offers a space for oneself, to put things into perspective and find one's bearings again.
It's often easier for a teenager to do this online:
It's easier to get started, without pressure or travel.
more discreetly, from a familiar place
more flexible, with schedules that adapt to school and activities
more comfortable to talk to, especially at the beginning, when it's difficult to open up.
The support is progressive and tailored: we put words to what is happening, we learn to better understand and regulate emotions, and we move forward with concrete tools, at our own pace.
The session lasts 45 minutes.
